Relationship Manager, Music (ND10)

Contract: Fixed Term Contract to 31 st October 2022 working 21 hours per week

Salary: GBP32,615 per annum (pro rata GBP19,569 per annum)

Location: Leeds

Do you believe in the power of culture to transform lives? Arts Council England is looking for a Relationship Manager, to join its busy Leeds office in the North Team. This is a fixed term, part time opportunity to October 2022, with a salary of GBP32,615 pro rata (GBP19,569 per annum).

In the role you will focus on building empowering, and enduring relationships with a portfolio of funded organisations, and help to develop the music sector in the North to maintain its vibrant, innovative, and diverse range of opportunities. You will engage with a range cross-cutting policy including children and young people, diversity and equality, and engagement as we work towards achieving our vision set out in our 10 Year Strategy Let's Create.

The role will involve advice giving, writing clear and concise reports, assessing projects, monitoring client performance, and undertaking financial and data analysis. Further training in all necessary skills will be given as part of your induction and on an ongoing basis.

You will have a commitment to diversity and inclusion. You will be able to support others to make positive change and be comfortable communicating with colleagues and external contacts at all levels.

Relationship Managers come from lots of different backgrounds: musicians, composer / creators, performers, producers, administrators, from the broadcast / recording industry, venue managers, publishers and we are keen reach out to those who may not have considered a job at ACE before.
