Our client based in Preston city centre, is seeking a HR Administrator to join their small, friendly team on a part-time basis covering three days per week.
HR experience is desirable. However, it is more important that you have previous experience working in a busy administrative environment, where you will have gained strong administration skills. The desire to develop in a HR role and have a team-player attitude are also important.

Purpose

To assist the Head of HR and the HR and Payroll Officer to provide an excellent HR service to all employees. You will be assisting and dealing with various HR related administration duties and tasks, including enquiries via telephone, email, or direct communication,

CONTRACT TYPE: 6 months Fixed-Term initially (there is the possibility the position could become permanent)

WORKING HOURS: 3 days per week - 21 hours 0900 - 1700 (1 hours for lunch). Monday & Thursday are mandatory with the 3rd day of your choosing (flexible).

LOCATION: Preston City Centre

SALARY: GBP10,920 per annum (based on 21 hours per week - this will be reduced due to 6 months contract)
