Newly available part time role with a prestigious housing association. This role will be a flexible part time position working 20 hours per week.

Client Details

Working for this social housing business you will be supporting service users with a variety of first line queries by telephone, email, app and web chat.

Description

Key areas of responsibility for this position will be to offer efficient query responses where possible, you will build relationships and follow queries through to completion.

This role will be a based in a busy contact centre based in South Liverpool who operate between the hours of 8am and 10pm. Shift preferences can be built.

Daily duties will include:

*Taking inbound calls from customers with queries

*Responding to emails

*Resolution management

*Coordination of repairs

*Follow up calls

*Responding to queries using a variety of social platforms

*Updating account details

*Working to KPI's

Profile

The ideal candidate for this role will match the following skills:

*Experience working in a call centre environment

*Excellent telephone and written communication skills

*Knowledge or understanding of social housing would be advantageous

*Strong PC skills

*A candidate actively looking for part time work would be preferred, other full time jobs are available and will be advertised on the page personnel website.

This role is based from the clients office in South Liverpool.
