*FINANCE MANAGER - SALE - 20 HOURS PER WEEK - GBP27K PRO RATA - FREE PARKING & FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS*
Working for a very established and successful organisation who are a specialist and leader in their field, are seeking a Finance Manager on a part-time basis to join their team.
* Working as part of a small and friendly team, reporting to the two Directors, as the Finance Manager you shall be undertaking the following duties:
* Working on Sage, Xero and Bankline systems
* Payroll preparation and submission
* Pensions contributions , maintenance and submission
* Preparing cash flow forecasts and weekly cash flow reporting
* Inputting into the purchase order
* Logging purchase invoices
* Creating sales invoices
* Keeping on top of creditors/ debtors
* Other generalist Finance management duties such as year-end preparation
* Collating timesheets for Engineers out in the field
* Vat returns
* Liaising with HMRC
This is a really varied role, working with a family orientated firm who offer flexibility.
