A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading utilities company as Administrator to work in the office based in Sheffield, S4 7YP OR Leicester, LE2 7YP. This is a part-time temporary role for 12 months. You will be required to work 4 hours per day (Monday to Friday), daily, between 08:00am and 15.00pm. This role is paying GBP20,067 pro rata. Start date as soon as possible!

** All successful are required to undergo a DBS check before starting onsite**

You will assist with the general administration of Plant Protection tasks and activities, in line with guidelines, procedures and training provided.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Plant Protection team
Provide brilliant quality customer service to all internal and external stakeholders whether it be advice and / or support via different communication channels
Maintain and develop working relationships through teamwork
Ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies and procedures
Actively demonstrate and promote the company values, and positively contribute to a customer-oriented approach
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence
Be inquisitive with an interest in developing existing skill set and learning new skills
Demonstrate an inclusive work ethic

Skills and Experience

Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
Investigate and interrogate core systems in order to undertake administrative activities across a range of processes and tasks.
Ability to consider data quality and accuracy, providing timely data to senior managers and stakeholders regarding current performance related activity.
Able to multi-task and adapt with a high-level approach to problem solving.
Supporting colleagues in order to achieve individual, team and departments goals, SLA's and aspirations.
Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques to drive incremental and step change improvements in performance.
Collaborating with Plant Protection Managers, Colleagues and Field Force to understand, plan and manage the resourcing requirements across the department.
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office desktop packages.
Ability to use other core systems (SAP, ClickSoftware).
