Our fun and exciting client based in North Harpenden are looking for a part-time Bookkeeper to join their friendly and relaxed team!

Due to the location, it is essential that you are able to drive due to poor transport links.

This position will be working 2 days per week during their off-peak months - February to September, and 3-5 days during their peak months - October to January. This can be mostly remote based but with the requirement for 1 day in the office each week.

Key responsibilities:

• Using Sage to run the books
• Payroll/wages
• VAT returns
• Draw up budgets
• Prepare monthly and year-end figures
• Manage invoices
• Stock control reconciliation

• Good Microsoft skills
• Great interpersonal skills - ability to communicate effectively and confidently
• Ability to build strong working relationships, both internally and externally
