Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Melbourne
Salary: GBP9.50-GBP11 per hour
Part Time 24-32 hours a week with the potential for the role to grow and turn full time in the future
The Company
Our client, an online Garden Centre, is looking for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to work part time hours at their office in Melbourne. The role will be varied and will include Finance Administration, Office Administration, Health & Safety and PA duties.
The Role
?? Processing invoices
?? Processing credit card statements
?? Bank reconciliations on Xero
?? Liaising with sales team to raise support tickets
?? Record courier activity
?? Resolve any billing issues
?? Complete company purchases
?? Change and improve company processes
The Candidate
?? Experience in a similar role
?? Experience with using Amazon
?? Good IT skills including Excel and Google Docs
?? Experience of working in a fast paced environment
Part-time hours: 24-32 per week
