I have an exciting opportunity for a System Support and Development Analyst on a permanent basis based in Abingdon.
This will be a part time role, working 24 hours a week across 5 days but there is flexibility on this for the right candidate!
As a System Support & Development Analyst, working closely with the Enterprise Resource Planning Software Solution team, you'll support system users to analyse internal processes, provide solutions and produce associated documentation. Your involvement will be vital to provide a rapid response to incidents and escalated user queries to ensure everyone is getting the best out of the system. The role will be varied, allowing you to work across a variety of applications and projects, including set-up, maintenance, and delivery to the highest quality, whilst proactively identifying opportunities to better support business processes.
To join this interesting team, you'll have experience of business systems or applications, ideally Oracle Fusion, HCM and related modules. It would also be advantageous if you held, or were willing to work towards, the ITIL Foundation Certificate to bolster your experience. You will need to have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and are able to work in a methodical and organised approach. As you'll be liaising with stakeholders from across the organisation, you will have highly developed interpersonal skills and strong communication skills which can be adapted to suit the audience.

The salary offered is from GBP30,917 up to GBP34,352 DOE on a pro-rata basis.
