Customer Service Advisor
Part Time Hours /Permanent positions - 20 or 25 hours per week
Base Salary: GBP21,143 to GBP22,285. + bonus and benefits worth up to GBP4,697-GBP4,950 = total package of GBP25,840 - GBP27,235.70 pro rata, based on experience
Hourly rate : GBP10.16 - GBP10.71 based on experience
GBP500 bonus after 6 months employment
Location : RSA Office - Lynchwood House, Peterborough Business Park.

The role will be a hybrid working arrangement split between our Peterborough office and home.

There will be initial training and support on site to ensure you are happy and confident in the role. We will ensure that you have all the tools and equipment you need to work in both environments so you can successfully join our team. This will be discussed at interview

Part Time Working Hours

2 options available (either):

20hr Pattern - Fixed Monday Friday and Saturday 9:30-14:30 with a choice of 1 further day between Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday 9:30-14:30

25hr Pattern - Fixed Monday Friday and Saturday 9:30-14:30 with a choice of 2 further days between Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday 9:30-14:30

A little about what we're looking for

We're on the lookout for Customer Service Advisors based at our Peterborough site. An excellent opportunity if you fancy a new challenge in your customer service career or even if you're just starting out. So, what can you bring to the party? Well, a few things would help:

• Passionate about delivering great customer service
• Enjoy working as part of a friendly and supportive team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced results-driven environment
• Able to use our processes designed to help our customers through what some regard as complex, annoying or a bit of a chore
• You'll love talking to people and building strong relationships. You'll feel good helping to make things simple and easy for our customers
• Previous experience in a Contact Centre or another Customer Service role is advantageous, but not essential as full training is provided
