Our client is the UK's largest university, a world leader in flexible part-time education combining a mission to widen access to higher education with research excellence, transforming lives through education.

They are looking to recruit a Part Time Communications Manager to join their Marcomms Team, starting asap for 3 months, paying between GBP17.83ph, which equates to GBP34,304 per annum, working a 22.5 hour working week.

This role can be working from home (equipment will be provided).

You will need experience in delivering multi-channel communication plans to diverse audience groups and the ability to manage a number of different plans in parallel.

An ability to build excellent relationships with team members and key stakeholders at all levels
Confidence to take the initiative to advise on comms and engagement issues and recommend an approach
Experience in coming up with creative solutions to clearly explain complex messages to a wide range of audiences
Proven track record of delivering to agreed timescales and briefs, particularly in fast moving and changeable situations with adaptability to change approach as required
Experience of MS Office and proficiency in using digital packages to develop newsletters, intranets, websites and other content. SharePoint is also a necessary requirement
Experience of organising and facilitating meetings and events
