Part-time Marketing Director (20 hours)

As a member of the Senior Management Team of this company within the creative arts sector, you will be comfortable leading the Marketing team in meeting sales and audience development targets, and in providing excellent customer service. You'll be able to budget, develop and implement creative marketing, press & PR and audience development strategies, leading on mandatory reporting, and ensure effective brand management is maintained.

This is job-shared (20 hours) with another Marketing Director so there is flexibility around working hours.

Part-time Marketing Director Responsibilities

You will create and manage the planning and delivery of target-led, data driven marketing, sales and audience development. You'll also manage the marketing team, including supervision, mentoring, monitoring recruitment and training, overseeing the design, production and distribution of print and digital marketing assets, generate excellent relationships with specialised agencies in order to increase sales, and to ensure regional and national relationships with the press and media are developed and sustained.

Part-time Marketing Experience Essentials

Solid experience working in the creative arts industry at a senior level
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Demonstrable experience in driving sales and income.
Proven ability to lead and work as a member of a team.
Experience in line management.
Experience of managing budgets.
