Key tasks and responsibilities of the successful Lettings Administrator include:

Promptly responding within agreed timeframes to rental enquiries via the Company's website or property rental sites;
Visting properties to take photos ready for inventory;
Carrying out viewings for prospective tenants, showing people around properties, answering questions and taking responsibility for securely locking up properties afterwards;

Ideally, you'll already have some lettings experience but that's not essential as our client can teach you everything you need to know!

This role does involve carrying out viewings with prospective tenants so access to your own vehicle and a UK driving licence are absolutely essential.
