Part Time Office Manager: Active Care Group and Huntercombe Group is recruiting a part time Office Manager at our office in Sevenoaks. You will be responsible for the administration requirements of the office in Sevenoaks as well as remotely supporting the Darlington and Caterham offices to ensure all office environments are well maintained. In addition to general office administration such as managing post, room bookings, arranging travel and accommodation and assisting with preparation of reports, you will liaise with the IT support team for office requirements, ensure health and safety compliance and liaise with contractors for the buildings.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have worked in a similar role previously, have a good attention to detail and computer literate with proficiency in MS Office. We are looking for a team player with a can-do attitude, tactfulness and discretion. This is a part time role working 20 hours per week between Monday and Friday and there may be occasional travel to the other offices.
