Part-time Office & HR Assistant (22 hours per week)

My client is a well-known as a global consumer goods organisation who, due to growth, are now looking to recruit an experienced part-time Office & HR Assistant.

The main purpose of the role is to support with all office, facilities and HR admin related tasks.

Responsibilities:-

* Reception duties including ownership of goods in and out.

* Carry out ad hoc HR administration

* Support office & employee engagement projects

* Support with the company travel arrangements

* Support with company events

* Ad hoc PA support

* Set up of meeting rooms

* Hosting all visitors

* Ensure the office post, courier, arrival of parcels is distributed daily

* Booking couriers/taxi bookings

* Manage all stationary and office supplies

* Management of weekly reports

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and previous experience of reception work and of general office administration. You will have basic MS Office skills and be well-organised with a strong customer service approach.

This is a varied role and would suit somebody with a flexible and "can do" approach.
