Our client, based in Canterbury, requires a driven HR Advisor. This business remains unaffected by the poor economic conditions and would make an attractive future proposition for a next career move.

They are seeking an experienced HR professional to join their successful HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR, this generalist role will involve all aspects of HR and ensuring the continued effective support to Managers throughout the office. This will include employee relations, policy design and procedures, inductions, grievance and disciplinaries, recruitment and covering payroll.
