The team behind UKMums.TV and Evolution PR is looking for a deputy editor to support the day-to-day running of this consumer parental website. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing and loading of features and competitions to the site, while also sourcing reviews and dealing with content placement requests.

The position will be perfect for someone who enjoys writing to a short deadline, and who wants to broaden their experience within the consumer marketing field.

The closely linked teams of Evolution PR and UKMums.TV have many clients within the child and parenting sector. The team works both from home and in the office, with days in the week when the full team regroups in the Daventry office. This role will work perfectly for someone wanting to return to work, or who has other commitments but wishes to keep their hand in the editing field.

Full training will be given but job description will include:

• Writing short articles
• Keeping an editorial calendar
• Sourcing content and review samples
• Liaising with contacts outside of the company
• Reporting
• Loading to a WordPress SMS system

Hours of work will be 16 to 24 hours per week and are flexible, with the possibility of a proportion being at home working and some time spent each week in the Daventry office.
