What you'll do:
    The Service Assurance Operational teams help ensure Sky customers are provisioned correctly with Sky Talk, Sky Broadband and Sky Mobile products.As the Provisioning Specialist your role will be to work within the Service Assurance Operations Team, reporting to the Provisioning Team Leader. The role requires strong technical skills, enjoyment of problem solving and a "can-do" attitude stemming from a belief that we can always do better, some of your key responsibilities will be:Provide specialist support for the Service Assurance Operational team who are responsible for managing escalated exceptions and rejections from the Sky Talk, Sky Broadband & Sky Mobile provisioning process.Handle escalated calls from internal business teams and 3rd party communication providers with regards to provisioning enquiries for Sky Talk, Broadband & Mobile, excellent customer service skills are essential.Ensure completion of all required provisioning enquiries within industry standards.Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the Sky Talk/Broadband and Mobile provisioning lifecycles, customer journeys, technologies, product offerings and applications used by the teamEnsure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are adhered to, as well as performing tasks to the required standard of our own departmental objectivesWork a variable full-time shift pattern of 37.5 hours per week, you will be required to work a combination of; Early shift - Mon-Fri (8am - 4.30pm), Standard shift - Mon-Fri (8:30am-5pm) ) & Saturday - (8am - 16:00 or 9:00am - 17:00)
What you'll bring:
    Analytical experience within a team in a fast-moving environment, ideally in a Broadband and Telephony provisioning team.Experience of investigating and managing issues, communicating with multiple stakeholders (including senior stakeholders)A strong technical background and experience of implementing technical solutions to resolve issues.High motivation, unafraid of a challenge and a pro-active attitude, a real team playerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience of using their skills and experience to influence change
