Borough Green
Part-time Tuesday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm
GBP9.00pa - GBP11.00pa dependent on experience
We are working with a business who have been well established for nearly 50 years. They are seeking an experienced Administrator to join them on a part-time basis.
This will start on a temporary basis before progressing to a permanent role after probation. This will be based in the office 3 days per week.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Managing front of house (face to face contact with customers)
* Managing telephone enquiries
* Managing email inbox
* Updating and maintaining database
* Updating company socials
* Updating the company's internal database
The ideal candidate will have:
* MS Office experience
* Data input and processing experience
* Excellent telephone manner - Prior reception experience included
* Good customer service - Phone, email and face to face
* Marketing experience is a plus as you will be assisting with this aspect.
