We have a great opportunity to work Part-Time within a small business based in the Medway Area.

The role will be varied and will be a combination of Sales Administration and Basic Finance work. You will be typing up sales orders and purchase orders and then place the orders onto the system. You will liaise with customers and progress any orders that come in. You will pick up any orders from the website and process these and you will deal with the invoicing for the goods. There will also be ad-hoc duties as required within the role.

You will have a background in a similar role and have experience of using an accounts system. Sage would be an advantage but not essential.

You will be required to work 20 hours per week over 5 days.

This is a temporary role with a view to becoming permanent for the right person.
