Are you an experienced recruiter looking for the opportunity to drive the strategy, relationship management and delivery for a regional portfolio? This is the role for you.

We would like to meet you if you are an innovative, dedicated and energetic recruiter. You will be joining our Partner HudsonRPO as part of our recruitment Delivery Team.  In this role, you will get the opportunity to manage the end to end recruitment service working alongside senior stakeholders that value you as a talent partner.

As part of the Macquarie Recruitment Team, you will be involved in delivering a superior recruitment service for one of our Central Services business portfolio’s. Central Services includes: Corporate Operations, Financial Management, Risk Management, Legal and Governance and Business Services.

Working with the wider team to design and deliver creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent within the market. Engaging with the business throughout the recruitment process and becoming a trusted talent advisor, providing market intelligence and consultancy across all talent related initiatives. Demonstrating solid negotiation skills to manage a smooth offer and onboarding process. Ensuring that all internal and external regulatory compliance is adhered to at all stages of the recruitment process whilst also being involved with wider HR initiatives, including diversity, recruiting events & activities, employer branding. 

We believe to be successful in this position you will have 3-7 years of recruitment experience gained in-house, via an RPO or from a recruitment agency. You will have experience of managing recruitment delivery in a professional services or financial services environment. You will have experience working effectively with Hiring Managers and HR colleagues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  You will bring with you strong stakeholder management skills and an open-minded, inventive, commercial and solution focused mindset.  Your strong achievement drive, resilience, flexibility and commitment to delivery of the best possible recruitment service will set you up for success.
