Part-Time HR Manager

Our client are currently searching for someone with Human Resources experience to join their team and aid their expansion. In addition - the business has grown over the past two years and there is a need to review current documentation, roles and processes.

Your role will include:

* Review and advise on existing employee's contracts and review documentation.

* Review and advise on existing policies such as expenses, equal opportunities, modern slavery, paternity etc.

* Update the company's organisation chart and employee details

* Update employee benefits, pension, car, health etc and draw up a "complete benefits" overview.

* Define existing roles within the business and generate job descriptions

* Help define job descriptions for the new roles within the business.

* Advertise new roles via the company's website, social media and agreed agencies for new roles.

* Aid and assist in the recruitment process.

* Assist existing employees with questions around benefits, policies or to assist with car servicing/tyres/windscreens etc.

Successful Candidate:

* The ideal candidate will have had experience of working within an HR role.

* Be able to advise on legalities of recruitment and contracts

* Be able to advise on standard company policies

* Had experience of reviews and interviews.

* Be lively and outgoing with a natural ability to build rapport and foster relationships

* Have a collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to bring new ideas to the table

In summary, the successful candidate will have a pro-active, outgoing attitude with good negotiating skills and can work well within a team. In addition, you must be quick learning, have good housekeeping skills and a good telephone manner.

You must be able to prove a good record of excellent client care in dealing with employees, clients and members of the public. You must be able to contribute to the development of a professional working environment. You must demonstrate that you have a commitment to your own development and a willingness to undertake relevant training opportunities. You must have a flexible approach to work to meet deadlines.

Based on the out Skirts of Dorking You will need to have your own means of transport.

Salary up to GBP38k, pro rata depending on experience

Flexible with hours and days. Roughly either 3 full days or 5 mornings/early afternoons. 25-30 hours a week.

Must have previous experience in HR, especially recruitment areas
