Location: Based in Stratford at our West Ham Lane office but responsible for all Regions travel will be required

At L&Q, we are committed to providing the best services for our residents. We are looking for a Resident Mental Health Lead to join the L&Q Regionals team.

This new and exciting post will involve working closely with L&Q housing staff to ensure that they feel confident working with residents who experienced mental health issues to achieve positive outcomes and sustain their tenancies.

You will provide professional expertise, support, and guidance for the Housing Management Division, ensuring that we encompass best practice to develop a bespoke offer for residents who need additional support.

You will build strategic links and robust partnerships with external stakeholders and ensure that our policies, procedures and working practices are reflective of best practice.

Could this be you?

If you have a strong level of experience working in the mental health field, a clinical

qualification relating to mental health care and experience of working in a community setting, we want to hear from you. You must be registered with a governing body eg. NMC, HCPC, BABCP. We are especially interested in candidates who have excellent leadership skills and are familiar with implementing change.

It is also essential that you hold a current driving licence and have access to a car.
