Account Administrator
LOCATION: NG10 1JL
The company has been trading for 37 years and prides itself on having an unrivalled reputation within the healthcare publishing sector. We are currently looking to recruit, positive, highly motivated individuals, to join our busy team.
We publish a range of healthcare literature across the UK covering topics such as Advice following a Bereavement, Older Persons, Pregnancy and so on.
Your role will be to assist with the administration of advertising sales bookings and invoicing via a sage system (Sage 50). To include Purchase Invoice Check & System Entry, Bank Statement Posting, Creditors Listing Print, Bacs Payment coding inc Processing on the bank & Sage posting & remit and bank reconciliation, Bank Statement Reconciliation on Sage, Credit Card Analysis and Journaling, Petty Cash Analysis, Journaling on sage & director loan print out, Duplicate Payment, Unallocated month end report (sales), Month End Sales Invoiced & Credit Note Reports, Impact Profit and Loss Reports & Budgets, Vat return administration and Online, Wages and Expenses Payments, Weekly Bacs payment run, Debtors Actions, Cash Sheet Administration.
The successful applicant will possess previous bookkeeping and administrative experience along with a good level of P.C. knowledge, although full in-house training will be provided.
All candidates will require PC Knowledge preferably in Sage 50, but full in-house training will be provided on site
The successful applicants must work well in a team and have a flexible and proactive approach to work.
Hours of work are part time with a minimum of 16 hours.
Our offices are open Monday-Thursday 8.30am-4.45pm and Friday 8.30am-4.00pm with hours available to suit over the 4/5 days per week.
Salary and benefits are on offer subject to experience, with a starting salary of GBP10.50 per hour (reviewed after 3 months)
