This is an exciting opportunity to join us and work within the Digital Transformation Sales and Service department. You will join a software development team, where you will work in an extremely fast paced and challenging environment, developing large scale and high-volume systems at the heart of Sky's OTT platform. You will be responsible for your team's roadmap and project delivery while making sure, team is fully empowered and support multiple projects across different territories.


What you'll do:

* Co-ordinate with other Scrum teams on technical dependencies between the teams.
* Structured and transparent approach to agile planning, monitor progress and react to change; ensuring all relevant parties are aware of the team's progress and ability to deliver.
* Exemplary management of stakeholders through proactive communication and exception handling
* Using metrics effectively to identify and implement opportunities for improvement in team processes, and to capture the effectiveness of changes.
* Support the management of roadmaps and backlogs with Product Owners & Stakeholders.
* Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.


What you'll bring:

* Experience within a fast-paced software development team.
* Excellent knowledge of Agile techniques and artefacts (e.g., Definition of done, user stories, epics, automated testing, backlog etc).
* Experience of technology delivery and the demands it can bring.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
* Line management experience is a plus.

Osterley:

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
