9.30-2.30 or 9-3pm Monday to Friday or similar hours will be considered. Our client needs somoene to work each day of the week.
Our client is a highly successful accountancy firm and they now need an administrator to join their busy team. This is working in the busy admin team and you can expect to support colleagues across the firm. We are, therefore, looking for someone who prides themselves in their organisational skills and their attention to detail. This role involves basic office tasks and would suit somone who would take pride in making sure repetitive tasks are done to a very high level. We also require a good team player with a flexible attitude and our client is happy to seek candidates looking for their first role in an office too.
Your role:
Opening and scanning the post across all offices
Processing the post as directed and managing documentation in line with protocols
Scanning reports and saving as directed by managers
Undertaking Reception duties, meet and greet as required
To check meeting rooms for tidiness / setting up for meetings
Facilities support
Filing
Other general admin tasks
