The successful candidate will act as the overall support for the team and will be offered an exciting role with an extremely generous benefits package!

JOB TITLE: Part Time Office Manager

HOURS: Flexible working hours (ideally mornings, 20 hours per week)

START: ASAP - Willing to wait notice period

SALARY: GBP35,000 - GBP37,000 *Depending on experience

LOCATION: (Predominantly remote role) The office is based close to Bank Tube Station.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

Supporting with general Office Management duties and administration duties to support the team
Logging invoices and updating internal reports
Document control, scanning and printing
Setting up payments, including payroll
Being the point of contact for suppliers and ensuring office supplies and resources are restocked
Managing expenses and making travel arrangements,
Diary and inbox management
Answer the main telephone line and reply to any internal emails
Organising occasional events
Managing all annual leave requests
Maintaining office policies and managing health and safety procedures
Being able to muck in with whatever is needed to keep the office running smoothlySKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Previous experience within a similar Office Management role is necessary
Experience with an office move would be ideal but not essential
A proactive individual who can come in and hit the ground running
A friendly, calm, and approachable individual
The ability to manage your own workload successfully
Happy with working mostly independently
Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and organisational skills
