Exceptional part-time Front of House opportunity for an immediately available receptionist for this stunning Imperial Wharf office. Working within a great team, you will be the ultimate go-to person for all the office's administrative needs. This role is Monday - Friday 1:30pm - 6:45pm.

Telephone call answering and handling, message taking
Meet and greet clients and their guests, directing them to the correct location
Be aware of who is in or out of the building
Managing the visitors' book
Dealing with client enquiries
Assisting clients to use equipment (copiers, franking machine), booking of couriers
Booking of conference rooms and record keeping of bookings
Post and deliveries handling
Placing stationery orders when required, for us and clients
Upkeep of all client contact data in console and Outlook
Complete check lists for new and leaving clients
Building checks to ensure all communal areas, toilets, kitchens, conference rooms etc. are clean and tidy including courtyards
Setting up of conference rooms for meetings
Checking stock of post books, labels, post bags, cartridges
Ensuring photocopiers are always topped up with paper
Reporting faults/maintenance to management
Keeping reception area tidy at all times, filing reception paperwork
Occasional admin support to management office
Covering for holidays or sickness of colleagues

Afternoon Shift: Closing down reception and locking up building from 1.30pm to 6.45pm, please only apply if you can work these hours Monday - Friday!
