About English Rural:
English Rural Housing Association is a leading national rural specialist working to provide affordable homes in small villages for local people. We own and manage around 1,250 affordable properties, spread amongst 150 villages, and have a development programme of around 200 more homes. This is a new role created following a reorganisation of the resident services team. The Association has a main office in central London with all service activity delivered from a separate office in Lower Eashing.
About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a newly formed team delivering high-quality services to residents. Working alongside the Sales and Lettings Manager, the Sales and Lettings Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day administration on all sales and lettings, including responding to all forms of enquiries and correspondence, communicating with external partners to assist in advertising homes for sale or letting, and the upkeep and maintenance of records and mailing lists.
About you:
To succeed in this role, you will have strong administrative experience, ideally in a housing association or property related environment. You will need effective communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate and work effectively within a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong organisational skills to deliver day to day sales and lettings activity. An understanding and background in property is desirable, as well as a knowledge of sales and lettings processes, along with an understanding of rural communities.
Closing date for applications: Midday on Friday 28th January 2022.
