Description

The successful Part-Time Accounts Assistant duties will be:

• Imputing data onto the system
• Sales & Purchase Ledgers onto Xero
• Payroll preparation to be signed off by payroll team
• Bank reconciliations
• Credit control
• Reconciliation of direct debits and cashbooks
• Trial balance preparation and fixed asset
• Accruals and prepayments
• VAT
• Other ad-hoc duties

Profile

The Part-Time Accounts Assistant MUST have the below:

• Be able to work part-time hours
• Xero system experience (desirable)
• All round accounts experience
• Microsoft Office (including Excel and Word)
• A team player
• Able to work independently
• Able to follow instruction and work to tight deadlines
• Good written and oral skills

Job Offer

This role is offering:

• Competitive starting 18-22k
• Part-time hours
• Working hours - 9:30-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)
