Our client is a family feel business based in Newmarket. They are looking for a Part Time Office Manager to join the team on a permanent basis to ensure the smooth running of the office. Hours are circa 20 - 25 per week.
Main duties will include:
* Supporting the Director with administrative tasks
* Invoicing clients
* Adding data to the system
* Ensuring the smooth running of the office
* Ordering office supplies
* General ad-hoc administrative duties
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience within an administrative role
* IT proficiency including Excel
* The ability to prioritise a workload
* Good attention to detail
* A good team playing mentality
