We are looking for a talented, creative and energetic individual to drive our Ignite Somerset programme: enabling arts makers and audiences in Somerset harness new opportunities afforded through digital technology to create and experience greater artistic excellence and innovation. Understanding of the creative process and a collaborative approach to maximise participants' engagement and creative fulfilment is essential. General Role Details:

Hours: part time 30 hours week (hours may vary due to business needs and after discussion and agreement with the post-holder) based in the office of Somerset Film Ltd at the Engine Room premises, Bridgwater, Somerset TA6 3BL.

Job Overview

To drive the Ignite Somerset programme, supported by Arts Council England, through the creative experimentation, development and exploitation of digital and broadcast technology across all art forms, in response to our community (audiences and artists alike).

Salary: GBP31,000 pro rata - four day a week role. (One year initial contract with option to extend subject to funding).
