What's the Job?

You'll be responsible for the processing of payroll for both monthly and weekly staff; duties will include:

• Processing overtime and sickness
• Use Excel to maintain accurate rates of pay
• Submit RTI to HMRC monthly
• Reconcile payroll figures
• Perform year end procedures including PllDs etc
• Manage the time and attendance database and provide reports
• Process timesheets; pensions etc
• Maintain all HR records
• Assist with disciplinary meetings; recruitment and maintain accurate records

What experience do you need?

You'll already be working within a payroll / HR related environment, you'll also need:

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Confident IT skills, including Excel
• Knowledge of Sage 200 and Sage Payroll
• Excellent interpersonal skills
