We are supporting a leading entertainment specialist with their search for a Development Assistant to join their UK Office. This role is a maternity cover role, with a fixed term of 9-12 months.
This role is a part time position - offering 24 hours over 3 days, with flexible working.
The day-to-day:
Handle general queries via phone & email
Raise POs
Handle invoicing, ensuring these are uploaded onto the system & sent to AP
Chasing quotes & approval for remedials
Coordinate tasks/jobs with suppliers
Raising call outs and capex requests
Liaise with suppliers to ensure compliance inspections & services are completed
General admin to support the above
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous Admin Experience
Able to work at pace with an eye for detail
A strong communicator, both verbally and written
Comfortable working with a small team, on a remote basis
A driver's license
The Package:
GBP12.82 per hour
24 hours over 3 days a week
25 days holidays (Pro Rata) plus bank holidays
Free on-site parking
