I am seeking an HR Advisor (part time) 3 days a week for my Engineering client based in Renfrewshire. This is an exciting time to join an expanding organisation who can offer a flexible work opportunity while giving the successful candidate the chance to develop for the future.

Key requirements of the role:

- Able to manage all HR functions effectively
- Ability to create policies and procedures
- Ability to organise training and development workshops
- Experience in using HR systems
- Ability to create or add new ideas to the developing structure of the HR department
- Advise on issues relating to Health & Safety
- Advise on issues relating to employment law and case management
- Ability to manage IT hardware and resolve basic issues on site e.g. setting up a laptop for new start etc
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to manage workload
- Team player
