This is an excellent opportunity to join this business as an Accounts Assistant.Summary To provide support to the accounts department by performing finance and administration tasks.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPurchase ledger- processing & paying invoicesSupplier statement reconciliationReconcile credit card statementsProcessing Engineer timesheetsBank reconciliationsVAT Returns of the smaller subsidiary companiesPetty CashProcessing Subcontractor invoices under the CIS Scheme and DVRC (Domestic VAT Reverse charge), both these will be taughtAdhoc admin Skills and experience IT skills - Sage 50 Accounts, Excel, wordMotivatedWilling to learnHard WorkingEnthusiasticMaths/ English A-C/ 8-4 gradeAAT Level 2/3 Package and benefits 27.5 hours a week over 5 days28 days holiday, including bank holidays Please Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
