Admin support / Facilities Admin support and Receptionist roleYou will be paid 15K for 3 days each weekPART TIME ARE AS FOLLOWS:-To work 3 X Full days per week (Weds, Thurs Friday) 8.30am - 5pm (hrs and days are non negotiable) This is a job share type role and so you would do a handover each week with the other part of the job share on a Weds each week (each of you would work 3 days) In addition, to your normal 3 days each week, you will need to cover each others holiday and any sickness periods. You will be paid additional salary for these periods of time. SALARY: You will be paid 15,000 for 3 days work each week (Weds, Thurs, Friday) Duties and responsibilitiesTo provide admin and coordinator support to the businessSupporting the Facilities Manager, organising and coordinating various facilities support type activitiesArranging meetings and updating the meetings room booking systemTyping general correspondence and emailsUpdating reportsMeeting and greeting guests on arrivalDealing with queries by phone and emailManaging a busy 'to do' list of activities IMPORTANT:This role is a very busy role with lots of activities and responsibilities. In this role, you will have to be very organised and able to manage a busy 'to-do' list. Able to prioritise tasks accordingly and pay attention to detail.Utilise excellent communication skills, liaising with people at all levels.ESSENTIAL...This role will be working from a corporate Head office each day - it is nota 'working from home' type roleInterested candidates, must have worked in an Admin support type role, that includes lots or organising and coordinating.Ideally to have worked in a role whereby you have supported the Facilities part of an organisation before (ie: organising for engineers to visit and carry out repairs or maintenance work in the building etc)You will need to have used Excel in a previous role to update and run reports etcYou must look really smart and corporate each day as you will be meeting and greeting important visitors to the business etc..
