Our client is a forward-thinking firm of Accountants with offices based near Leatherhead. They are looking for an experienced Part Time Bookkeeper to join their collaborative, well established team.

You will work alongside a range of clients dealing with their monthly and quarterly bookkeeping requirements including VAT returns and bank reconciliations. This Bookkeeper role includes lots of client contact so excellent communication skills are imperative.

Applications from those with experience in Practice are particularly welcomed and knowledge of Xero is an advantage.

Working with a wide range of local clients, the core responsibilities of this role are as follows:

Bank reconciliations
Quarterly VAT returns
Daily processing of transactions
Ensuring all information has been correctly coded
Production of regular and relevant reports to clients
Working closely with both the team and clients to deal with all queries
Fletcher George have set a salary guide of GBP28,000 to GBP35,000 (based on full time hours) as a guide, it is envisaged the role will be 3 days a week although the firm will be happy to discuss options. Based just outside Leatherhead the location will best suit a car driver, there is parking. The role is commutable from Epsom, Leatherhead, Dorking, Reigate and surrounding areas.
