Part time HR Manager

Reports to: Finance Manager

Location: Richmond

WFH: 1 day a week in the office this can be negotiated

Hours: hours a week

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000

An independent 20 persons communications agency. This is a new role to look after the wellbeing of staff. This role will be fluid as it will develop over time.

HR Responsibilities

Recruitment through agencies and other strategies

Staff contracts managing the induction of new starters

Compliance to law

Setting up staff reviews and undertaking them

Managing Hr policies

Handbook updates

Being the go to HR person in the agency for staff

Resolving staff complaints

Assisting with staff pay reviews

Managing staff sickness and annual leave

Keeping job descriptions up to date

Any other ad-hoc tasks

Talent Management

Support with interviews

Managing individuals training and up-skilling needs

Managing the social events of the agency

Looking at staff target and goal setting

Looking at staff benefits and incentives

This role is fluid and will depend on the individuals skill set this role is permanent and would need an average of hours a week
