Swindon is the European Head Office and is responsible for relocation throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). You will be based working from home with on average once per week working in the Swindon head office. Due to continued growth and success we are looking for enthusiastic human resources professional to work in a varied and fast paced environment which offers great benefits and long term career opportunities. The HR team are looking for a new person to join their growing team on a part time basis. You will be working 20 hours per week over 4 or 5 days per week. The start and finish times will be flexible and can work around you plus you will be working from home majority of the time. You will take ownership of the HR administration process whilst being supported by 2 senior HR colleagues. You will be looking after a variety of tasks including: Managing the shared HR inbox dealing with employee issues queries and escalating where neededMaintaining and updating HR records and reporting Collating and processing monthly UK payroll working closely with the HRA / HRBPSupporting the recruitment process including management of the applicant tracking system, raising jobs, answering queries, posting vacancies and coordinating applications Full administration of the employee lifecycle including processing starters and leaver, contractual changes, references and background screening and absence management. Also including management of the flexible benefits scheme. Creating HR reports in excel and providing general administration support. You will have a previous background of working in a HR department or supporting a recruitment team. You will be comfortable with working with a busy mailbox within a fast paced environment. You must have excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills and be able to work both on personal initiative and in a team environment. You will have a high level of accuracy and process orientated.As this role is completely working from home you will need to be able to work independently and use your own initiative. They will not be going back into the office so you will need to be happy to work at home permanently.
