We have a brand new, contract Part time HR Systems / Payroll Administrator role starting ASAP until August 2022. The role is working 20-30 hours per week with flexibility to discuss exact hours and working patterns.The companyOur client are a community based social housing provider operating in the West of England. The roleThey are looking for an immediately available Part time HR Systems / Payroll Administrator to work as part of the HR Coordinator team who work collaboratively to deliver an efficient, effective, and customer focused transactional service to the whole organisation, giving exposure to learning other aspects of HR outside of payroll and systems.Working alongside another Payroll Administrator you will ensure payroll processes run smoothly and support the implementation of in-house payroll into the HR team, as the company rolls out a new HR and Payroll system. You will also be processing contract variations, leavers and changes in colleague data within the new system.You will also coordinate the data reporting and deliver reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis whilst completing any changes on the HR Systems e.g annual leave updates, change of line manager etc.Ideally you will have previous experience in payroll (both processing and bureau), preferably within a HR environment and an understanding of HR Systems and/or experience in data reporting.The successful candidate will be working with a range of systems and a number of colleagues so a high level of IT literacy and excellent internal customer service skills are needed.The role is based in North Somerset but has the scope for working from other locations, including home working. At the moment, the business is predominantly home working.Salary24,360
