About the role

An excellent opportunity has arisen at Leeds Audi for a Parts Supervisor, working as part of a team in our successful and busy Parts department providing outstanding customer care.

You will be managing stock and helping to maximize the profitability and efficiency of the aftersales team; this will include coordinating with the workshops and sales teams as well as selling to trade and directly to the public.

About you

You will have a proven track record as a Parts Advisor, within the motor industry, Audi experience would be advantageous along with a knowledge of Kerridge/Autoline computer system. Ordering vehicle parts and finding the correct vehicle parts is of the utmost importance. We are looking for an outstanding individual with organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail.

This role will require you to be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work with and supervise our experienced team. You will have excellent customer service experience with the skills and passion to deliver them. You will also have high energy and a positive attitude, outstanding listening and communication skills, be well organised and handle working in a busy but fun environment. This role will require you to be highly professional and presentable and have the ability to give best advice on our products and services to our customers. You will also be tasked with working in a team environment that needs to deliver a fast and very accurate service to the large group of technicians in this exceptionally busy and successful Audi Dealership.
