We are urgently looking for a passionate Receptionist to join a dynamic small team in a multi-tenanted building.
Being the first point of contact on a busy reception, you will be responsible for providing a warm and positive welcome to everyone coming into the building. You will be the go-to person, answering all queries with relevant information with confidence. Knowledge of computer systems such as Outlook, Excel and Word are essential due to the high level of computer use in this position.
The successful candidate will:
* Ideally have experience in a similar role
* Have excellent customer service skills
* Have a flexible attitude to work with a can do attitude
* Good communication skills at all levels
* Ability to work on your own initiative, without supervision and also as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload accordingly.
Duties
* Managing meeting room diaries and ensuring people stick to timings
* Dealing with inbound & outbound calls
* Managing parking for the building
* Dealing with incoming & outgoing post
* Managing stock of stationary & supplies
* Preparing purchase orders and sending to head office once a month.
* Dealing with any queries from clients regarding products & services via email, phone or face to face.
* Filling in for the Centre Manager when on leave
