We are looking for an experienced PowerPoint Design Specialist to assist in the creation of powerful presentations that will make a big impact and help drive the growth of the company.

Reporting to the Marketing Lead, this role is critical to delivering our ambitious sales targets. You'll work hand in hand with everyone from Account Managers to Executives, to Sales Solutions Directors and Business Development Managers to create compelling presentations that will bring their vision to life.

It requires a self-sufficient, start-up mentality coupled with a love for creating strong, effective presentations that tell a story and clearly articulate everything the audience needs to know and understand.

This is a part-time role that would require a commitment of 24 hours per week. We believe in flexible working and are happy to discuss options.

You'll be (but not limited to):

  • Working and collaborating with people across the business to create beautiful PowerPoint presentations that drive clear objectives

  • Receiving briefs from various stakeholders in the business and tailoring presentations to their needs and ultimately, their audience

  • Clearly articulating a message or more complexproducts and services through compelling visuals/graphics

  • Providing creative support to other key sales and marketing projects, including one-pagers, PDFs, infographics and visuals for social media content

  • Consistently upholding brand and style guidelines, whilst communicating and potentially teaching these standards to others internally

  • At times, using a client's brand guidelines to assist with their internal presentations

Candidate Description

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • The technical know-how to maximise Microsoft PowerPoint's functions, combined with a creative background

  • Your finger on the pulse for the latest PowerPoint trends and designs, adding visuals, charts, and graphics to create presentations that capture the audience's attention

  • An exceptional understanding of how people view and understand content

  • Outstanding and meticulous attention to detail

  • Strong technical skills with the following, or equivalent, software platforms: Photoshop, Illustrator, Word,Canva

  • Worked closely with Sales and Marketing teams

  • Proven ability to work on many projects at once, and thrive in a team environment

  • A deadline driven mentality (sometimes working to tight deadlines) and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Excellent relationship building skills

  • Fantastic communication skills with stakeholders of all levels of seniority

  • Proven organisation skills and ability to prioritise

  • Worked in a PowerPoint Design Specialist role previously, either in-house or for an agency

  • At least 3years' experience in a similar role

  • 5-year checkable work history or continuous education history
