Adecco UK are delighted to once again be supporting this business looking for a new team member to join their small team.
Office administrating: Reception duties, face to face and to take all incoming phone calls, and redirect appropriately
Welcoming guests onsite preparing ID badges for visitors, parking spaces, and refreshments
Support the Head of Marketing with digital marketing posts - research topics and create posts weekly; provide other digital marketing support and guidance;
Support HR: Create role adverts & profiles, liaise with Adecco on new recruitment requirements coordination of interviews, ensure Personnel Records are up to date: personal details, driver details, and change in salary/job role letters, etc.
Administrating key staff benefit programmes: eye care vouchers, cycle scheme, gym membership, pension and health care (to come); Assisting in the delivery of the annual review process, keeping training records
Carry out a wide range of office management duties, such as opening the post, printer maintenance, and ordering toner / other stationery for the company. Key point of contact for queries with our out-sourced IT and Telephony providers, ordering new hardware and coordinating repairs as needed. Key point of contact with the landlord on day-to-day queries regarding running of the office (eg, access control and security)
Facilitate meetings: make meeting arrangements, including room and catering bookings, preparing teas and coffees etc. Preparing agendas and taking minutes/notes at meetings as needed.
Support consultants: designing/formatting word documents and Powerpoint presentations;
Supporting ad hoc projects; regular checking of data, Excel spreadsheets, and keeping ISO9001 documentation up to date
Responsibility for keeping a good and simple filing system on the server and recommending enhancements to keep simple, ensuring that key documents can be found quickly as needed
