About the Role

Sytner Group are recruiting a UX/UI Designer to join their expanding product team. This position will be the inaugural in-house design specialist, presenting a unique opportunity to shape the workflow, tools and processes in your domain whilst working on an exciting series of initiatives designed to create a seamless, exceptional user experience across our portfolio of brands.

You’ll be….

Passionate about exceptional design and creating an online experience that captures the ethos and upholds the high standards of the Sytner brand. You will be a proven team player thrive in a collaborative atmosphere.

 

You’ll have…

Demonstrable experience of supporting an agile development team with outstanding design artefacts. Specifically:

  • An existing portfolio of work demonstrating your talent.

 

  • Experience of using user research, analytics & prototyping tools to rapidly iterate and focus in on solutions that our customers find clear and intuitive.

 

  • Experience of using a design system to maintain a coherent and structured approach to UI, including liaising with engineering to ensure a seamless handoff and pixel perfect implementation.

 

A passion for great design & user experience. You will be user centric in all of your activities, constantly keeping the customer’s requirements at the heart of all of your designs. You will have an excellent eye for detail and unafraid to constructively challenge areas where you feel our high standards are not met.
