An excellent position has just arisen for an Employee Experience Partner to join a highly reputable Financial Organisation based in the centre of the City of London offering Hybrid working options. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering the Employee Experience Strategy to help achieve the strategic vision across the business, starting ASAP and paying up to £57,000 per annum!

The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) helps people get back on track by protecting them when authorised financial services firms fail. Since our launch in 2001, we've come to the aid of millions of people and paid out billions in compensation.

At FSCS, we recognise the importance of a diverse and inclusive workplace and understand that this in turn helps us to deliver a brilliant service for our customers. At the heart of this strategy is an open, honest, and supportive culture which enables people to bring the best of themselves to work.

As a result of this focus on our employees' experience, we are proud to say that we have recently achieved a world class eNPS score of 67, and a record engagement score of 88%. We have also won a multitude of prestigious National Awards including Personnel Today 2021 "Family Friendly Employer of the Year", HR Excellence Awards 2021 "Best Flexible Working Strategy", a Times Top 50 Employer for Women and have been ranked 4th in the UK's Most Inclusive Companies.
