My Client based in the Heart of the Lake District is looking for a Part time HR Manager to join an enthusiastic team of employees in there stunning Hotel.

Purpose of the role:

Provide professional advice to Managers and employees in relation to employee relations, terms and conditions of employment and policies and procedures. Develop HR processes and procedures to ensure they comply with current legislation.

Key Responsibility's:

• Support the Management Team and employees providing HR advice to ensure legal compliance on all HR aspects.
• Continue to review HR policies and procedures in line with changes in Employment Law.
• Promote effective communication and management of change within the Hotel through formal briefings, meetings, newsletters, etc.
• Carry out all administration responsibilities relating to HR maintaining accurate and up to date personnel records.
• Manage the recruitment process, liaising with Managers, recruiters, agencies and arranging interviews and then processing new starter paperwork.

This is a very flexible position in terms of working hours.

24 hours a week split how you decide best.

Salary GBP30,000, pro rata to 24 hours a week. GBP18,000
