We are recruiting an Associate Director to join our Competition practice. Our Competition team works closely with clients and legal counsel, providing a mix of strategic advice and technical support. We assist in pre-empting issues, in producing and responding to technical analysis, in preparing client submissions and expert reports and in giving oral evidence. In addition to inspiring others, we are looking for an knowledgeable candidate with specialised skills and valuable expertise. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for the long term sustainability and success of the company. Primarily you lead and add value across three key areas:

• Brand: actively promote and nourish the Frontier Brand

Associate Directors act as guardians of our brand by articulating and promoting the work we do and the culture of the firm internally and externally. • Developing Self and others: Inspiring role models responsible for the career development and wellbeing of all of our staff through mentoring, coaching, and facilitating the growth of staff on projects; embedding a learning and development culture.
