Part Time Receptionist - Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a receptionist on a temp to perm basis.

Working around 15 hours per week - two different shift patterns all on a rota basis

1 in 3 Saturday's required

Shifts are 9am-2pm or 2pm-7pm. This is done on a weekly rota and will be mixed/ not set.

Parking available on site.

Based in Caterham

GBP10.50/hour plus holiday.

Duties include:

• Preparation of client files for the upcoming meetings and appointments
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Booking meetings and appointments
• Sending confirmation emails
• Answering any telephone enquiries.

Requirements:

• Must be flexible
• Must have similar experience
• Must be available immediately
