Reed HR are pleased to be partnering with this public sector organisation, based in Culham, in the recruitment of a Resourcing Business Partner, to join them on a part-time basis, 18.5 hours per week, three days per week (Weds, Thurs, Friday).

Given the critical nature of this organisations' work its vital that they recruit skilled individuals; as the Resourcing Business Partner dedicated to the resourcing process, youll help them do just that.

This is a chance to join as the senior recruiter and ensure we have the talent they need. Leading the Resourcing team, you will manage and deliver all aspects of resourcing in alignment with the organisational demands. Ensuring the right capability and resources are available to deliver the key strategic objectives which will mitigate risk and enable the company to deliver its mission.You will ensure the organisation are applying best practice to our recruitment processes and diversifying our applicant/talent pools. And crucially, youll create annual resourcing plans and set SLAs and KPIs.

The key is to build excellent relationships across the organisation to ensure we maintain an effective and compliant resourcing function. At the same time, youll shape an outstanding candidate experience thats built around our employer brand.

This is a role for an experienced recruiter with a proven ability to deliver end-to-end recruitment. Ideally CIPD-qualified (or equivalent), youll have extensive experience of working in talent acquisition and volume recruitment projects. When it comes to policy and process development, youll always apply best practice. Please note: If successful your working days will be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. This role has been assessed as suitable for hybrid working with a 60 % office / 40% remote working basis.
